Most Nirvana services and products are transferable. Therefore, you can sell them or give them to others. Everyone will need it despite the unknown date of usage.

How long is the land lease for Nirvana Memorial Garden Choa Chu Kang?

Land lease in Nirvana Memorial Garden is 99 years.

What if the Nirvana company closes down one day?

Nirvana has been established in 1990, serving for more than 30 years, also awarded ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification
in 2020 which ensures that the quality of the products and services are continuously monitored, maintained, and removed. Operation assurance will be the same as banks and financial firms.

What if I can’t afford to pay?

Nirvana Memorial Garden is the only company that provides installment payments with a 0% interest rate for up to 4 years. Therefore, this may be
a consideration to increase your cash flow while planning for the best arrangement.

If monthly payments are not able to proceed in the middle of the installment period, Nirvana will send a reminder letter before the deal is cut off.

How is the maintenance fee calculated?

The maintenance fee is charged as a 1-time fee at a flat rate when the
purchase is made.

Why should I pay this much when life no longer exists?

In Singapore, whenever someone passes away, the body of the deceased
has to be settled properly. Therefore, there is some amount of money required to complete funeral and burial services. Part of the money incurred can be saved up through proper pre-planning.
